Achille Fusco was born in Naples (Italy) in 1989. His parents used to run a gym, so he grew up in an environment where not only rhythm was never missing, but was also conceived as intimately related to body movement. As a consequence, he acquired that kind of primitive, physical relationship with music at an early age.
Very soon he began to follow the music on his own. Always looking for new sounds, he approached to different genres, from Pop to Metal, from Jazz to Ambient, appreciating the numerous ways of musical expression. However, he found a special empathy, and a source of inspiration, in the dark and psychedelic soundscapes created by Massive Attack on the “down-tempo” side, and by Juno Reactor and Oakenfold in the proper EDM scene. He became also a big fan of Trance music in general, following artists like Armin Van Buuren, Tiësto and Above & Beyond. At the age of fourteen his passion for rhythm led him to play percussions. Later on, at sixteen, he got involved in electronic music production: practising with sequencers and virtual synths, he experimented with different genres, although he dedicated most of his efforts to Trance. In the meanwhile, he moved to Perugia and started to study languages at university. Between 2009 and 2010 he spent a period of study in Manchester (UK), which would become an important experience for his following activity. Here he discovered the world of rave parties (of every sort of musical style) and got the chance to listen to performances by some big names of Trance, like Gareth Emery, Sander Van Doorn, M.I.K.E. Push, Above & Beyond, Ben Gold and Mat Zo.
After the period spent in UK, his passion for electronic music grew stronger and stronger: in 2010 he started to play as a DJ in Perugia. Under the influence of the musical trend in this area, undoubtedly dominated by important DJs and producers like Ralf and Ricky L, he decides to test out his skills in Deep House productions, keeping his original taste for dark and hypnotic sounds.
